Elite Athlete Training Program
In partnership with Arash Dusek and The Human Platform, we offer athletes 13 years and older, the opportunity to cross train in a group, in an exclusive team training session, in a private or semi private training session.
The gym is a great place to prepare our bodies for how we want to play. This is the place to focus on your strength training and work on your speed and conditioning. During our group cross training sessions we will go through phases of:
- Developing our fundamental movement patterns
- Focusing on recovery from injuries such as ankle, knee, and shoulders
- Help the soft tissue health by increasing muscle mass,
- Strength and power development,
- Working on our energy system development (conditioning sport specific)
- Improving our aerobic fitness
Group classes run from September – June on Thursdays from 4:30-5:30pm. Athletes can join the group training program at any time throughout the 2025-2026 season.
